1. Introduction

Accounts providing false or misleading registration information will be suspended pending investigation.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one r789game account. If you discover that you have more than one account registered in your name, you must contact customer support immediately to have the duplicate account closed. r789game conducts regular automated checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be closed and any bonus funds or winnings generated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. r789game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Account balances are held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All transactions are denominated in PKR.
• r789game accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of Rs 500 per month after a 30-day written notice period.
• You have the right to close your r789game account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes before the balance is released.

4. Acceptable Use

r789game is provided for your personal entertainment and recreational use. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets, access markets, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes in odds or game outcomes. Any winnings derived from a verified system error will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic advantage play designed to circumvent the intended commercial operation of the platform.
• Abusing bonus offers or promotions through techniques such as opening multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or placing bets in a pattern that demonstrates you have no genuine betting intent beyond bonus extraction.
• Engaging in any activity that facilitates money laundering or financing of any illegal activity. r789game complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your personal details during account verification.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

r789game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including, but not limited to, a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Welcome Bonus: New players receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each bonus offer page.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, esports betting, and PSL betting activity on r789game. Specific rules for individual sports and market types are published in the betting rules section of the platform.

• All bets are accepted at r789game's absolute discretion. r789game reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit any market without providing a reason.
• Bets are confirmed only when the platform displays an explicit confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to a technical failure are void.
• Odds are correct at the time a bet is placed. Live in-play odds can change at any moment. r789game is not responsible for odds movements between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is accepted.
• If an event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and event type. In most cases, if a match does not restart within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• r789game uses data feeds from licensed providers for live score and result verification. In the event of a dispute between r789game's data feed and any other source, r789game's official data feed result will be used for settlement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. Limits are displayed on the bet slip. r789game reserves the right to adjust individual player limits at its discretion.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player once accepted, except where a Cash Out option is available and actively offered on that specific selection.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

r789game supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PKR.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 across all payment methods.
• Deposit Speed: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited within 60 seconds. IBFT transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your r789game account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We are required to do so by a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement obligation.
• We determine that continuing to allow access to the platform would cause harm to r789game, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, r789game reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and real-money balances held in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure is not due to player fault, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after identity verification.

r789game will provide written notice of account closure via the email address registered on the account wherever practically possible, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.

14. Changes to These Terms

r789game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
